Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) you need to be aware of when using our website. Please read these terms carefully. By using, purchasing from or engaging Red Clover Health, you signify that you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement and/or the Policies (and update Red Clover Health Web Page on which they are displayed) from time to time. A date stamp will be applied at the top of the page therefore it is important that you check this page regularly.
“Initial Consultation” means the very first consultation between yourself and Red Clover Health.
“Services” refers to Naturopathy and Nutrition Services. This includes one-on-one sessions, program(s), content, e-learning material, and online (via Zoom), sessions.
You acknowledge that as a Naturopath, we are not general medical practitioners (GP). Treatments you receive from us are not mutually exclusive of any treatment of medical advice you may receive, or may have received from other licensed health care professionals.

2.1 You acknowledge that nothing contained in the site is intended to be (or should be) taken for medical diagnosis or treatment. It is not substitute for medical advice.
2.2 The information contained on our website and social media channels are not intended to be, or to be treated as medical advice or care. If you have specific or immediate health concerns, please contact your qualified healthcare provider.
3.1 By using our website, you acknowledge that it will contain links to third party websites. The inclusion of these links do not imply that Red Clover Health endorses, or have investigated or verified the linked content of the websites.
- Bookings & Payment
4.1 Payment of services and/or products for Red Clover Health will be in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept Cash, MasterCard and Visa and Direct Deposits. Credit Card numbers are protected through encryption when transmitted via the Internet.
4.2 The Client acknowledges that following consultation, you may be prescribed natural medicines from the Red Clover Health. These will be charged as an additional expense.
4.3 All prices displayed of products and/or services on our website can be changed without notice.
5.1 For sessions conducted online, both parties agree to be present at the scheduled time for the session booked.
5.2 Where the Client wishes to reschedule, they will be required to do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so, or “no show” appointments will attract a $50.00 cancellation fee.
5.3 Red Clover Health cannot be liable for the delivery of our services outside our reasonable control including but not limited to: war, strikes, lockouts, government restrictions, personal illness, transport delays, natural disasters, power outages, theft, accidents of any kind or act of terrorism. Should such circumstances occur, we will endeavour to get in touch with the client to reschedule another online appointment at a time suitable for both parties.
5.4 Where we feel a Client’s case is outside the scope of our practice, we may refer your case to a health care practitioner.
5.5 Where the client wishes to cancel or amend a booking, they are to email email@example.com as soon as practical. As per Clause 5.2, rescheduling of appointments will be available if 24 hours notice is provided.
6.1 As our Client, you warrants to Red Clover Health that to the best of your knowledge, that the information provided to us is true and accurate.
6.2 All material considered strictly confidential by either party shall be designated as confidential.
6.3 With the exception of being subpoenaed by a Court, or under circumstances where we have reasonable information to believe that the failure to disclose such information would place you or another person at serious and imminent risk (whereby your next of kin would be contacted), where your prior approval has been obtained, or where disclosure is otherwise required by the Law, your information will be kept confidential.
- Natural Medicines
7.1 As part of your treatment, you may be prescribed with herbs and supplements. These are tailored to your health concerns. It is therefore important that you do inform Red Clover Health of any medical diagnosis, medication, herbal medicine or food supplements that you are taking as this may affect the natural medicines.
7.2 All payments for the prescribed natural medicines must be paid in full at time of provision.
7.3 In certain circumstances, we can provide a refill of your naturopathic prescription without consultation.
7.4 We hold the right to refuse any order placed with use, and exercise our sole discretion in limiting of cancelling quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
7.5 You acknowledge that dietary advice will be formulated based on individualistic circumstances, and therefore should not be shared with others for use in their own health goals for it may be improbable that it will meet the needs of the individual it may be shared with.
7.6 By engaging Red Clover Health, you agree and assume the risk of non-medical nature and natural medicines, and the limitations of nutrition and naturopathy consultations.
8.1 You agrees to hold Red Clover Health harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgements or settlements, including all reasonable legal costs and expenses which may arise directly or indirectly as a result of any promise, representation, warranty, act, omission or obligation of Red Clover Health in respect of the:
(a) provision of Services and/or content made available to the Client; and/or
(c) any breach of these terms (or associated terms) by the Client.
8.2 Our Food Products will include a clearly specified nutrition information panel which will outline
allergen statements as well as contain a detailed listing of all ingredients used for each flavour
and each product. We cannot be held liable to you or anyone for omitting to read and fully
acknowledge the detailed ingredients list specified for each of the product(s) available.

9.1 Content provided on our website is conveyed without any warranty or condition, express or implied. You agree that you consume this information at your own risk.
9.2 Nothing in this agreement shall constitute by Red Clover Health an express or implied warranty or guarantee as to the outcomes that may be obtained from use of the Services.
- Exchange or Refunds for Goods10.1 If a Product arrives in a damaged state, and it was a fault from us, a replacement or refund will
be offered. Please ensure you advise us within 14 days of receipt.
10.2 Incorrect orders received at the fault of Red Clover Health will be replaced at no charge to you. 10.3 Where there is a change of mind in product, or a product is ordered incorrectly by you, store
credit will be provided to you, provided that you notify us of the error within 7 days of the date of
date of receipt of goods and the products back to us. So long as they are unopened, not
tampered with and are in a resalable condition.
10.4 Other requests for cancellations of order(s) or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Red Clover
Health, and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Such refunds and/or exchanges will
be exclusive of any postage and handling costs.
11.1 Products via our online store will be shipped via either Australia Post or our chosen courier
11.2 Delivery addresses cannot be altered once an Order has been processed.
11.3 You acknowledge that ownership of the parcels turned over to Australia Post or a courier
company engaged by Red Clover Health do transfer to you as the buyer. We therefore cannot be
responsible for any loss, or damage to packages. We will not be responsible for any error in the
supply of incorrect shipping information, or delivery errors through Australia Post or the courier
company engaged by us.
11.5 Please note that the estimated delivery time-frame will range between 3-5 days. At certain times
of the year, it can go beyond this, therefore we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for
- Dispute Resolution
If the Client has a complaint about the Service they have received from Red Clover Health, please contact us directly through firstname.lastname@example.org. Mediation will be the first cause of action, if communications between the Client and Red Clover Health in an attempt to resolve the dispute has exhausted.
The content, information, graphics and logos on our Website or any of its Platforms are owned and controlled for these purposes by Red Clover Health. You are not allowed to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on any of the Content (either in whole or in part) unless you have been provided with prior written permission from us.
- Over the Age of 18
By engaging us, you acknowledge that you represent and warrant that you are over the age of
eighteen (18) or have gained appropriate parental or guardian consent to engage Red Clover
Health for our services, that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.
- Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Each party will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction of New South Wales, Australia.
- Law enforcement
Red Clover Health reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting or sending any materials and/or content, which violate any applicable or relevant law.
